IMimeAllocator::PropVariantClear method

Frees the contents of an PROPVARIANT structure.

Syntax

HRESULT PropVariantClear(
  [in] LPPROPVARIANT pProp
);

Parameters

pProp [in]

Type: LPPROPVARIANT

Receives a pointer to the PROPVARIANT structure to free.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

Returns one of the following values.

Return code Description
S_OK
 Indicates success.
E_INVALIDARG
 Indicates that pProp->vt is an invalid VARTYPE.
