EventDescSetId function (evntprov.h)

Sets the Id member of the event descriptor.

Syntax

EVNTPROV_PFORCEINLINE PEVENT_DESCRIPTOR EventDescSetId(
  [in] PEVENT_DESCRIPTOR EventDescriptor,
  [in] USHORT            Id
);

Parameters

[in] EventDescriptor

Event descriptor to modify. See EVENT_DESCRIPTOR.

[in] Id

The event identifier.

Return value

The modified event descriptor.

Remarks

This is a convenience macro for setting the member of the EVENT_DESCRIPTOR structure.
