Remarks
To get this attribute, do the following:
- Query the media source for the IMFMediaSourceEx interface.
- Call IMFMediaSourceEx::GetStreamAttributes to get an IMFAttributes pointer for the stream.
- Call IMFAttributes::GetUINT32 to get the attribute.
