New WCF Data Service client for Windows Phone 7.
This is an update to the WCF Data Service client that we shipped with .net 4.0 with a few phone specific features added in (e.g. tomb stoning).
Since it is an RTM release, you can use it for Windows Phone 7 apps submitted to the Windows Phone Marketplace.
