Install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Server on multiple computers

I was browsing around the resource center in MS CRM and stumbled upon a pretty good site describing how to setup MS CRM on multiple servers.

This is a complete walkthrough, covering the setup of the load balancing software on the CRM servers and the setup of the CRM servers themselves.
