Release Notes for 10/15/2012

Below are the release notes from this week's deployment.

Improvements and Bug Fixes

• Added the Action Bar to the project home and documentation tabs.
• CodePlex now 100% ASP.NET MVC (bye bye Web Forms).
• Updated publish project banner to improve the project setup experience.
• Fixed float behavior of action bar pop up dialog.
