Here's two tips for those guys that knocking their heads off with problems with mobile Sync. The first issue is with users quota...yes my friend's is true if you have a user that has is mailbox lockdown because of a quota issue he won't be able to sync is mobile device. The second one is for those that for some reason haven't upgrade your E2K3 to SP2, there's a reported problem for users that their primary SMTP ___domain isn't the default of the organization....just follow this KB886346, the symptoms are usually http error 500 the solution just follow the article, or just apply SP2!!!!
