Recently, whilst trying to publish an ASPNET 5 website to Docker, using the VS 2015 Tools for Docker (0.7.1): https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/0f5b2caa-ea00-41c8-b8a2-058c7da0b3e4 I hit an issue whereby there was a missing option within the publish to Docker dialog UI - there was no option to select a new Azure Docker Virtual Machine - only use an existing one eg:

This is caused by an older version of the ASP.NET and Web Tools 2015, simply updating these (current version Beta7) from here and you'll see the option light up: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48738&fa43d42b-25b5-4a42-fe9b-1634f450f5ee=True
