If you are like me and are trying to install SharePoint 2010 on a machine that does not have internet access, you will need to manually install each of the six prerequisite components. Here are the download links for each component:

Install each of these components on every server in the farm prior to running the Prerequisites Installer and you should have not problems installing Beta2 on a machine without internet access.
