June 2011 CU for SharePoint Foundation 2010
Then SharePoint Server:
SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1
Service Pack 1 for Server Language Pack 2010
June 2011 CU for SharePoint Server 2010
OfficeWeb Apps SP1 (if applicable)
FAST SP1 (if applicable)
