Installing Project Server 2013 Preview the easy way, with PowerShell

Installing Project Server 2013 the easy way, with a PowerShell Script. Once your Farm is up and running, use this script to create the Web App, Service App, Project Web App and BI Center, then start entering projects and testing out the new Features in 2013. It is easier to just use Project Online but more fun to install and use On Prem Environment. I decided to not use claims but stay tuned for another Script when RTM Ships where I will implement claims on the Web App.
