How do I hide command prompt when I launch SQL Server 2008 in quiet mode

I have been asked this question twice today, so I thought I would create a blog on it.  When you embed SQL Server Express 2008 or launch SQL Server 2008 in quiet mode, a command prompt will be displayed that the process is running under. To prevent this command prompt from displaying, you can add the following parameter:

/HideConsole
