YES!!
Just received the email I've been wating for the whole week. From Tom Archer's email:
"The February CTP for Windows Vista, Windows SDK (and WinFX) and Orcas technologies such as Cider have been released on the Windows Vista and WinFX Dev Centers."
https://msdn.microsoft.com/windowsvista
https://msdn.microsoft.com/winfx
The actual downloads can be found at https://msdn.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getthebeta/default.aspx
I've been playing with this build extensively the last couple weeks and absolutely LOVE IT! As soon as I finish this round of ISV Briefings I'm delivering, I'm going to wipe my laptop and run this build. I found that after heavily using the FEB CTP, going back to my laptop running XP was painful as there were so many things I got used to doing in Vista. I'll do another post on what I've missed later, I gotta catch a flight to Calgary (I think I'm going to call the post "XP, you are dead to me now!" ;-)
Go play with the bits and let me know what you think.
