So, I’ve been training for the Lake Geneva triathlon on 9/13 in Lake Geneva, WI.
I’m a decent rider, and my swimming is poor but improving, but what is really killing me is the running. I think that since my Achilles tendon rupture and surgery last year, that my right leg is weaker than my left. Now when I run, my left leg is doing more work and I am pulling my left hamstring after 1-1.5 miles.
Anyone got any advice?
