Microsoft Security MVP Robert Hurlbut has proposed a Birds of Feather session at TechEd 2006 called 'Developing as a Non-Administrator with Windows XP and Windows Vista'. These sessions are chosen by a customer voting process and voting ends at 5:00 pm today (Friday, March 31). If you would be interested in attending a session like this you can vote for it here. And you can learn more about it on Robert's site.
The User Account Control team will also present at least 2 official sessions at TechEd 2006: “How to Make a Good UAC Application” for developers and “Running Windows Vista with Least Privilege” for IT pros. We’ll let you know when we have all details.

I'm not going to be at TechEd 2006, so I didn't vote. But I am very keen about developing as a non-administrator (even non-power-user), yes developing as a LUA.
