Business value
This feature introduces admin-level controls for managing the sharing of AI-generated meeting insights stored within Copilot for Sales. This setting is intended to help customers control information flow within their organization.
Feature details
As an admin, you can control which users can share their stored meeting insights (AI notes, sentiment, follow-up tasks, and more) with other users. This is achieved through a new access control setting on the admin settings screen in the Copilot for Sales personal app. The shared data will power other Copilot for Sales features such as Roadmap card that shows past meeting insights shared against a CRM opportunity.
By default, the setting will be disabled for all users within the organization. You can configure the setting to be globally on or off for all users or specify which security groups are allowed or not allowed to share their meeting insights.
