Gets an object representing an ApiGatewayResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create an ApiGatewayResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetApiGatewayResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
