Parameters
header GridViewColumnHeader
The column header to prepare for reordering.
pos Point
The position, relative to GridViewHeaderRowPresenter, where the dragging starts.
relativePos Point
The position, relative to header, where the dragging starts.
cancelInvoke Boolean
true to cancel the reordering; otherwise, false.
