Note: The riskyUsers API requires a Microsoft Entra ID P2 license.
Confirm one or more riskyUser objects as compromised. This action sets the targeted user's risk level to high.

Permissions

Important
In delegated scenarios with work or school accounts, the signed-in user must be assigned a supported Microsoft Entra role or a custom role with a supported role permission. Security Administrator is the least privileged role supported for this operation.
HTTP request
POST /riskyUsers/confirmCompromised
Request body
Specify the user IDs to confirm as compromised in the request body.
Response
If successful, this method returns a 204 No Content response code. It doesn't return anything in the response body.
