Select or create a policy
In the Power Platform admin center, under Policies, select Data policies.
Create a new policy, or choose an existing policy to edit:
If you want to create a new policy, select New policy.
If you want to choose an existing policy to edit, select the policy and select Edit policy.
Enter a name for the policy then select Next. You can change the name later.

Choose one or more environments to add to your policy.
Select Add to policy.
Select Next.
Add the connector
Use the search box to find the connector you want to configure. You can see connectors that are already blocked on the Blocked tab. For connectors pertaining to channels through which agents can be published, search for: Microsoft Teams + M365 Channel in Copilot Studio, Direct Line channels in Copilot Studio, Facebook channel in Copilot Studio, or Omnichannel in Copilot Studio.
Select the connector's More actions icon (⋮), and then select any of Move to Business, Block, or Configure connector in the top configuration bar.
Select Next.
Review your policy, then select Update policy to apply the DLP changes.
Block all channels to disable agent publish
An administrator can configures a DLP policy in the Power Platform admin center to block all four channels.
Makers of agents see a disabled Publish button and channel tiles.
Only one channel is allowed and configured
Makers can only publish agents to the allowed channel. If makers don't configure their agents for the allowed channel - except Direct Line (on by default), or if the administrators don't allow any channel, the agents can't be published.
