What can AI assistant do in the Incentives workspace?

In the Incentives workspace, the Partner Center AI Assistant (preview) enables partners to quickly find answers to their questions, reducing the need for support and minimizing wait times. Currently, the AI Assistant is equipped to assist with:

  • Policy Guidance: Receive clear and concise answers to any questions related to Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI) policies.
  • Workshop and CPOR claims: Check the status of claims, view claims that require your attention, and obtain information on customer eligibility for specific engagements.
  • Co-op Claims: View co-op balances, check the status of claims, and review details of automatically approved claims.

Below are example prompts you can use within the Incentives workspace. You may modify them to suit your specific needs or explore additional queries for different types of information.

For accurate results, ensure your prompt is specific and includes relevant keywords such as claim ID, customer ID, or usage period.

Workshop and CPOR claims
