Removes a Rules Role from a PSGalleryInVmAccessControlProfileVersion object.

Description
The Remove-AzGalleryInVMAccessControlProfileVersionRulesRole cmdlet removes a Rules Role from the provided PSGalleryInVmAccessControlProfileVersion object based on the role name.
