Description

The Set-CMWirelessProfileConfigurationItem cmdlet modifies one or more wireless profiles. Client computers use wireless profiles for configuration when they connect to a company's wireless network.

Note

Run Configuration Manager cmdlets from the Configuration Manager site drive, for example PS XYZ:\>. For more information, see getting started.

Examples

Example 1: Modify a wireless profile configuration item

PS XYZ:\> Set-CMWirelessProfileConfigurationItem -ID "AAA0004D" -DesiredConfigurationDigestPath "C:\Digests\Wireless2.xml"

This command modifies the wireless profile configuration item that has the ID AAA0004D. In this case, the digest path is updated to C:\Digests\Wireless2.xml.
