This test verifies that, in addition to the normative fields in a Device Description Document (DDD), a DMR provides non-empty and valid entries for the following optional fields:
The manufacturer’s name in the <manufacturer> element
The model name in the <modelName> element.
A user-friendly name in the <friendlyName> element
