Continuous updates (One Version)

Dynamics 365 follows a continuous update approach, ensuring that users always have access to the latest features, performance improvements, and security updates without the need for disruptive major upgrades. Microsoft releases two major updates per year (April and October), that introduce new capabilities and enhancements, while the monthly service updates address bug fixes, platform optimizations, and regulatory compliance.

The Microsoft One Version policy ensures all customers are on a consistent version, reducing compatibility issues and streamlining support.
