IAzScope2::OpenRoleDefinition method (azroles.h)

The OpenRoleDefinition method opens an IAzRoleDefinition object with the specified name in this scope.

Syntax

HRESULT OpenRoleDefinition(
  [in]  BSTR              bstrRoleDefinitionName,
  [out] IAzRoleDefinition **ppRoleDefinitions
);

Parameters

[in] bstrRoleDefinitionName

A string that contains the name of the IAzRoleDefinition object to open.

[out] ppRoleDefinitions

The address of a pointer to the IAzRoleDefinition object that this method opens.

When you have finished using the IAzRoleDefinition object, release it by calling the IUnknown::Release method.

Return value

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK.
