ICOMAdminCatalog2::QueryApplicationFile2 method (comadmin.h)

Retrieves information about an application that is about to be installed.

Syntax

HRESULT QueryApplicationFile2(
  [in]          BSTR      bstrApplicationFile,
  [out, retval] IDispatch **ppFilesForImport
);

Parameters

[in] bstrApplicationFile

The full path to the application file.

[out, retval] ppFilesForImport

A pointer to an ICatalogCollection interface pointer that specifies the FilesForImport collection for the application.

Return value

This method can return the standard return values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, E_FAIL, and S_OK.
