Remarks
If the MFSampleExtension_PhotoThumbnail attribute is present on the photo sample, the MFSampleExtension_PhotoThumbnailMediaType is required and must contain, at a minimum, MF_MT_MAJOR_TYPE, MF_MT_SUBTYPE and MF_MT_FRAME_SIZE which describe the thumbnail.
