EXPERTSTARTUPINFO structure

The EXPERTSTARTUPINFO structure contains data that describes an expert when it starts.

BitNumber

Used only if the DataQualifier member of the PROPERTYINST structure is set to PROP_QUAL_FLAGS.

bOn

Used only if the DataQualifier member of the PROPERTYINST structure is set to PROP_QUAL_FLAGS.
