Neste tutorial, você aprende a:
- Configure um fluxo de trabalho de ciclo de vida para executar as seguintes tarefas em sequência:
- Remover o utilizador de todos os grupos
- Remover utilizadores de todas as Equipas
- Eliminar conta de utilizador
- Monitorize a status do fluxo de trabalho e as respetivas tarefas associadas.
Pré-requisitos
Para concluir este tutorial, precisa destes recursos e privilégios:
- Esta funcionalidade requer licenças Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Para encontrar a licença certa para os seus requisitos, consulte Microsoft Entra ID Governance noções básicas de licenciamento.
- Inicie sessão num cliente de API, como o Graph Explorer, para chamar o Microsoft Graph com uma conta que tenha, pelo menos, a função de Administrador de Ciclo de Vida Microsoft Entra.
- Conceda a si mesmo a permissão delegada LifecycleWorkflows.ReadWrite.All Microsoft Graph.

Criar um fluxo de trabalho "leaver"
Solicitação
O pedido seguinte cria um fluxo de trabalho de exclusão com estas definições:
- Pode ser executado a pedido, mas não dentro do prazo.
- O fluxo de trabalho não inclui condições de execução. As condições de execução, mesmo quando definidas, são ignoradas para fluxos de trabalho que são executados a pedido.
- Três tarefas de fluxo de trabalho estão ativadas para serem executadas em sequência: o utilizador é removido de todos os grupos e, em seguida, removido de todas as equipas e, em seguida, a conta de utilizador é eliminada.
